fall vibes misty mashmallow skies

After a summer of reaching for bright, fresh fragrances—citrus, fruit, beachy florals, and lighter skin scents—I was ready for something that felt a little more like fall. Not deep winter gourmand fall. Just that first hint of cooler weather when I start wanting something softer, sweeter, and cozier.

So today I layered Sand + Fog Marshmallow Skies with Oakcha Marshmallow Mist. The combination gives me that fluffy, sweet marshmallow feeling I was craving without making me feel like I've jumped straight from summer into December. It still feels soft enough for daytime and early fall, but it has more warmth than the fragrances I've been wearing for the past few months.

This feels like my transition scent—the fragrance equivalent of realizing I might actually need a cardigan in the morning. Summer scents aren't completely packed away yet, but I'm definitely ready to start making room for the cozy ones.
